The tyrannical sun
Bearing down on the backs of the innocent
Who dwell on their remote dreams
Those of Romulus and Reme’
With the beautiful shoreline in sight
Sailors listening to the siren’s plight
Never losing hope
Of that quixotic Eden their minds had wrote
Borne back by the winds
And the tyrannical sun

My inspiration came from the Great Gatsby, and the motif of unattainable dreams.
