When the tears are pouring down
Don't shut yourself away
Don't keep the world out
You may say this day is the worst day
Sadly there are many more to come
At least a hundred more worst days
Before this life is done
But you'll conquer each one
Much quicker than the last
And soon this day will become
A memory of the past
Something to remind you
That trials are a part of life
What everybody has to go through
In order to survive
You are much stronger than you know
Even though you may not believe
Soon your strength will show
For everyone to see
Your light will shine through
For no longer can it hide
And everyone will see you
For who you are inside
So find yourself first
While there's still time
Because if this day is the worst
You may not like what you find.
