Sweet, warm love,
Bitter, hard need.

Somehow, someday,
I'll apologize.
But at this point,
Love and need compete,
Until one wins or both lose,
It's too much for me.

Finally, the tears
Can fall.

I found several old poems of mine, and this is one of them. It talks about two people I once had in my life that were very important to me.
