Favorite Quote:
If you can't take the speed, don't take the lead.

Behind the eyes of truth,
lies, misery and darkness.
Cold like the brick walls of an abandoned building,
And whispers in the harsh wind.

Like the restless leaves I drift,
wandering aimlessly through broken doors and broken dreams.
The pedals fall off the flowers.

A dieing world inside me,
longing for tranquility and love.
The eyes of a thousand demons staring into my soul,
and a blazing wildfire inside my heart.

An ever changing heart
and truth desperately beyond reach.
Stretching and finally a glimpse,
and it shatters.
I am left behind the eyes of truth.

What inspired me to write this poem was that I found out one of my friends was lying to me and I was cut deep by that, because I really trusted them. I probably wont ever be as close to them as I was ever again.
