Hush
and listen to the wind.
Hush
and let happiness sink in.
The snow melts away,
bringing with it brighter days.
The sun comes down in rays,
and warmth spreads upon your face.
Hush
and watch the earth turn green
Hush
and see flowers sown from seed
They sprout from the ground,
they make not but a sound.
As color travels ‘round,
smile for the beauty you have found.
Speak
and let springtime come out
Speak
jump up and shout
For springtime is here,
and the sun creeping near
shines on your home
for springtime has come.
