I remember.
I think back.
I cringe at the thought.
My heart falls flat.

Tears come to my eyes.
I'm trying to forget.
I think I've moved on.
But the memories are set.

It's a new day.
I've grown and changed.
But what happened in those years,
Will always be the same.

And it was all my fault.
They didn't have to be so mean.
But it was partly because.
I was so annoying.

Now all I can do is never be that person again.
I no longer am, or want to be that way.
But I laugh now with friends.
And at night in my bed, I pray.
