It’s funny how high school never ends and drama never dies,
how remembering good friends hurts.
It’s funny how death seems to hover over life.
How the best people in the world are the first to leave it,
and no matter how much you cry it won’t bring them back.
It’s funny how some people aren’t really there till the end,
and how alone you can feel in a room of people.
It’s funny how much you can hate someone you love,
and how pain one person can make you feel.
It’s funny how no matter how fast you run you can’t get away,
And how no matter how strong you are you can’t climb out of the bottom.
But the funniest part of all, is none of this is funny to me
