My only brother,

my little brother,

from another mother.

Such a curious little boy,

loves his tractor toy.

He likes to be outdoors,

and enjoys running around in stores.

He’s stuck with four sisters,

which is like having four blisters.

My father's only son,

he’s the special one.

My little brother,
My only brother.

My brother is my only brother and I'm am very blessed to have him in my life. He is a very good little kid and reminds me of my cousin when he was younger and that makes me feel good.

It's a nice poem, and has good spelling, correct punctuation, and is well-written.  The part involving blisters and sisters is funny.  Way to use humor in poetry! :)
