One touch, you kiss,
I hug.
Nothing has gone amiss.
Your love is an infectious drug.

One word, you yell,
I fight.
The thought of me you can't dwell.
That addiction is a stinging bite.

Then go back to sleep,
and convince yourself,
everything we ever had to keep
was nothing but a bad dream!
