or no color on paper

absence of noise--
fingers scratching
chords
...
running is art

so is swimming and
writing and singing and
breathing
art

sings the bird
outside my
window
is art Beautiful, then? she asks
am i beautiful? i respond
---
i guess art is,
art lives,
art breathes,
just like you
and me.
art feels,
art thinks and speaks and
whispers and
screams.
I've heard art cry,
I've seen it dream. I've also
seen it in
you
and me.
