When I was a kid

i miss being a kid
i had no complications in life
besides
what crayon to use
what kind of backpack i wanted
and who was my new best friend every other day of the week
Then I Grew Up...
now it's baby momma drama
three different outfits in the morning
who's dating who
and still... what crayon to use
When I Was A Kid
i had recess
snack time
story time
nap time
bathroom breaks
And Now...
it's geometry time
language arts
school work
homework
and no recess
or naps...
i miss
when i was a kid
