From the beginning I trusted you.
Everything you said made me smile.
The way you touched me gave me goosebumps.
How I was so comfortable around you.
How you told me I was beautiful.
How you told me you really liked me.
I trusted that my secrets were safe with you.
Your every kiss made me weak.
Until the day you basically told me, I couldn't measure up to her...
The pain cut deep for I had trusted you.
I trusted you enough to give you things that were special to me.
You had me wrapped around your finger.
I was puddy in your hands.
But yet, same as before, I should have known, it all was...

I like the poetic devices interspspersed throughout the poem, as well as the general feel and flow of it. Nice Job!
