A Lonely Soul
A lone soul walks the dark roads of life,
Looking for a soul mate, possibly oven a wife
He’s insecure and has never experienced true love
This brown eyed boy prays to god above,
In hopes to find someone special, his dream girl
Someone who’ll love him, someone who’ll be his world
The only problem is that he always makes mistakes
And in the movie of his life there are no retakes
He can’t take back all the bad things that he’s done
So he walks this road of life, like a modern pilgrim
He won’t stop until he succeeds
I happy life is all that he needs
 You can tell he’s down
Just by looking at his lonesome frown
It’s easy to tell that it is love that he yearns for
He needs a loving embrace, a helping hand and even more
He’s searching for that blonde haired blue eyed girl
The one with the amazing smile, the one that COULD be his world
Ideally she’ll have the most amazing eyes ever seen
But they specifically have to be blue not brown, gray, or green
Just thinking about Mrs. Right brightens up his day
 Just like people always say
It’s always darkest just before dawn
And that one of chess’s most important pieces is the pawn
The one that sacrifices, so the overall game can be won
Realizing this, the man knows what has to be done
He must endure the misery and pain,
So that he can achieve bliss in the end
