I doubt that would change if you were mine.
You love her, it's easy to see.
I know that together is where we will never be.

I want to be the one, to be with you.
But sadly I know, that will never be true.
No matter how much I want you with me.

This piece was inspired by a guy that I had a crush on at the beginning of the school year, but he wouldn't date me because of the age difference.
