The Shadow in Grey

I am the shadow of the girl in grey
As I walk next to her I try not to smile
Because I’m right next to her
But now
She’s a mile away
I’m the dark behind the girl in grey
I talk with her but start to fade away
I find myself lost
Deep
Inside the grey
I glance at her as she looks away
The grey outside fades to blue
And it’s all ok
Because I’m grey too
