One of those Days

I am having one of those days
When the world seems loud and Disturbing
When I feel like I should be Stronger
And suck it up.
When I feel like it’s my fault
And my internal feelings act as my Gravity,
Pulling me further into myself,
And the stinging is only soothed when I sit by myself,
Comfortable and listening to music.
I tell myself that I am great, that I have worth.
I also tell myself to stop feeling Sorry for myself.
I allow no errors,
Yet I forgive myself
When I am having one of those days.
