A long time ago in a little town
Boys and girls all crowded around the
Circus that traveled through
Dansville. So many things came for their eyes to see like
Elephants balanced on balls, jugglers that juggled
Fire, and crazy clowns that crammed into circus cars. Venders walked up and down the tent to
Grab money for the circus peanuts they
Have sold to the little children and the bigger adults. The
Icing on the cake for everyone was cotton candy that was
Jumbo-sized. Sally picked out the pink one while
Kyle had chosen the blue kind. Across the tent,
Large trapeze acts were set up. In addition,
Many rings were hung from the high-topped ceiling;
Not a single trapeze artist fell while they all proved their
Odd ability of balance. The children awed in
Particular amazement. The
Quest to entertain these children was
Realistically fulfilled. The
Streets were crowded with people waiting
To see the circus that will only be in town for
Under a week. Even people in surrounding towns
Visited Dansville, to see the
Well-known spectacle. The coolest attraction was the
Xylophone player that loudly banged out his song while he
Yelled out commands to make the lion dance. This circus was far more entertaining than a
Zoo full of wild animals. A lion does not dance, nor does an elephant balance on a ball at the zoo.
