Conformist
It's always there, that box,
Trying to squeeze me in.
Trying to fit me inside,
Trying to win.
But I don't fit inside there,
It's not where I belong;
Every day I face it.
Every day I'm strong.
But really, now, can't you see?
I’m simply too outspoken.
And yet they still shove me inside,
All battered and broken.
