"Suicide isn't cowardly, I'll tell you what's cowardly: treating people so badly that they want to end their lives." - Ashley Purdy.

She fell in love in an instant.
She said she couldn’t resist it.
He caught her in her weakest hour,
Gonna play with her fragile heart.
She said she was done, never again.
She stood up and walked away.
Now he wants her everyday.
Sitting in class, he sees her face.
He hears her name.
He thought it was all just a game.
How does it feel to be on the other end?
Catastrophe striking your heart.
He tries to move on.
But he’s in love, and he doesn’t even know it yet.
He tries again, to make her his.
She walks away.
She changed her, everything.
The way she looks, the way she talks.
She started hanging with the jocks.
He became, the nice guy, who finished last.
Never again.
He thought, love doesn’t exist, until she saw him, changed.
Too late, girl.
You put him through, some terrible things, Catastrophe.

This piece is every teen's life. The nice guy finishes last, but THIS is how it should happen.

This is different from most things I read and I liked it. It's a pretty poem and you should keep writing.

Bliss Cavendar:(Whip it 2009) The last time I wore skates, they had
Barbies on them.

I definatley liked it and thought it was very powerful. A few tweaks and it'd be perfect. Great Job! :)

The greatest weakness of most humans is their hesitancy to tell others how much they love them while they're alive

I like this, it's true, and explains things from a different POV, and completely describes high school love life in one poem. Good job! :)
