Green and Blue

When the lights began to dim,
And the thought of hope grim,
The only love he knew took her fall,
An effort to help save us all.

With the battle just beginning,
The hero, without his light, has no intent on winning.

Even as the colors of hope fade away,
The man, the once-thought machine, knows he can make a new day
