Just like glass...

What happened to the feelings?
Did they go away?
What happened to the happiness...?
I guess it couldn't stay..
Butterflies,
moths,
stomach farts,
all gone.
The cherished love now departed.
There’s nothing to do but wait
for the last pieces to fall and drop,
like glass falling to the ground and shattering.
