With an emotionless grin, he stared toward the sky and raised his hand to the one above. He knew he wasn't prepared for what the next day had in store, but it made him no mind. His life would begin anew, and so this cycle broken. No longer will I remain imprisoned I shall claim my freedom.

I'm turning 18 in a few hours. A lot is going through my mind about how it will affect me and those around me. And how freedom is not declared by those above you, but in which direction you choose to walk.
