"No Gods, No Masters!" -Margaret Sanger

Wouldn't you watch storms with me,
Dancing for eternity
While typhoons carry us away
Beyond our cares and 'yond life's bay?
Come along and twirl with lightning;
Trust me! It's joyful and exciting!
Come and throw your woes past the sea,
And watch this tempest with only me.

Would you not dance in the rain
As it melts away our pains?
I promise that you'll never drown
So long as I'm fore'er around
To keep you close and warm and safe
From tyrant thunder's rumbling quake.
Such joys that you could scarce believe
Are all yours if you dance with me.

Could you be with me alone
To fight all of life's sticks and stones?
Together we can weather every storm
And neither of us will come into harm.
While others beat, hate, and berate
We can enjoy our chosen fate.
Though none may like such unity,
Would you watch the storm with me?
