Oh Little Piano Man,
What melody will you play today?
Shall it be a dancing tune?
So that the little children around
Can tap their brand new shoes?
Perhaps an angelic song.
Which causes people to gather.
To be thankful.
As everyone joins in song.
But you chose neither.
You take a seat upon your stool,
And you play.
It's something different.
Something no one has ever heard.
No one can tell if it is beautiful,
Or if he is simply mad.
Oh little piano man,
What melody are you playing today?
