You can see him
He's so small
When you first held him
Still in the hospital a month later
And you didn't know what to do
You can still see him
When he sleeps next to you
Tangled with dreams and a Buzz Lightyear blanket
The way he's curled
So tiny and fragile
You can almost see him
When he runs
And they said no for months
Until he learned to crawl
Roll over
Stand
You can see him
