The Earth is pitch black
The streets are quite and the night is still.
It's quite to quite
I run only hearing my footsteps on the cold pavement and my labored breathing.
I stop
sounds start to come all around me
strange beep like sounds fading in the distance
As my sight comes back I see craft like machines
not flying in the air but rolling on the ground.
I want to touch them but strange creatures reside inside, humans I think
I stop
Humans are friendly and only come in peace
I step out from the shadows
Screams all around
Laser like things are pointed at me
Guns I think
I run out to the road and metal connects to my chest
Lights shine on me
I become cold
These humans can do nothing for me
slowly i bleed out
Wishing I'd just stayed home.
