"A conclusion is simply the place where someone got tired of thinking."

“You are now free to move about the cabin” says the speakers
Just when you feel the uprising, you know you are going to be sick
A hand extended for the prefixed bag in the pocket compartment directly ahead
But wait!
There is something incredibly wrong with the subject before you
It’s outrageous

The logo plastered on the front screams,

“You may have the urge to regurgitate the contents of your stomach at this moment in time,
But you should buy a coke anyways!”

Seriously?
Are companies that frantic as to associate their products with vomit?
I mean come on, have they no shame?

Meanwhile, in the backseat of a minivan, a child whines to their discouraged parent,

“But mooooom! I want to go to McDonald’s!
I want that toy! I want that toy! I want that toy!”

“I WANT THAT TOY!!”

The seamlessly never ending wailing mothers and fathers alike, disrelish, detest, and despise with all their souls.
And so, many give in to the pleading, unwilling to take much more of it.

The usage of children is proceeding too far for businesses
As innocent as newborn puppies, kids hardly know better

City billboards, TV commercials, buses, YouTube, Facebook users
It's all an act of manipulation, for profits, consumers, and further promotion

The Seattle Sounders are gaming consoles, the Chivas are a brand of beer,
To great lengths they will go, desperate for sales to rise and grow.

Just how much have we let it go? All the advertising? Today it seems no matter where we are, no matter where we look, our society is constantly bombarded with it. Has it gone out of hand? What do you think?
