Monochromatic
Drip drop, pitter patter
One color is the sky splattered
Ranging in intensity
From dull going astray
Void of emotions, barren and hollow
Yet comes forth liquid
By the terrain it is swallowed
Lights dance in the sky
Its in full throttle
Pitter Patter Drip Drop
It continues to stop
But time has stopped
One color fills my visions
In my thoughts sanity has strayed
This steady beat now a cacophony
Escaping from the blurry fray
A sullen monochrome
shall this world stay
