Why, oh why, dear world?

Why? 
Why is it that some are praised for every word they say? 
Why is it that some are listened to, awaited for?
Why doesn't the world listen to what I have to say?
Why much such passion and thought go to waste? 
Why does this society crush the voices of the small? 
Why do we choose who we choose to praise?
Why?
