eyelids curve to match an angel's gaze
but i am above, and you below
the angel is below
the angel is protected
with sweet closed lips arched ever so slightly
worry lines and laugh lines alike
smooth out and give way to only peach skin
nose pink and eyelashes on your cheek
one moment ingrained into my memory
for the look of an angel never disappears
