We live life to the full
Or do we just go by
Why can’t we take a risk?
And decide to fly on high?

We live on many routines
But can we step aside
And travel to other places
Or do we have to bide?

We live just normally
Each action costs the others
We depend on some and
Run away to the gutters.

I always thought that life was on the edge
But seeing from another perspective
Made me think that life is just one leaf
On its way to the soft ground.

To get trampled on
And kicked at.
To be squashed and crumpled too.
To be walked all over on.

Life is just a routine.
We live it everyday.
Same old, same old.

Let’s do something different
And help those others
Who need our help?
Instead of wasting our money on less valuable things.
