good shadowed in darkness

Blackness seeps through the tear in my heart.
shredding everything good in its path to shards.
this darkness is not just darkness
this darkness is signifying my pain
I know i will not sleep well tonight and everyone of my veins
its swallowing me whole
i say its eating me alive
no superman could release me
this pain refuses to shy
I'm stuck with it you see
pain destroys the soul they say
but if that is to be true
then my soul
is long gone away
