All the memories are haunting
My foolish devotion is taunting
The thought of leaving is daunting
So I cling to what remains

The earth below is quaking
My very life, it's taking
Everything I've known is breaking
But I cling to what remains

My courage seems to be sleeping
What once was, my heart tries keeping
For loss of that, I'm weeping
And I cling to what remains
