leave me to the sun and leave me to the moon

leave me to the sun,
the sun knows my words,
it tells me so
leave me to the moon
it cries to me to ask for help
to ask for life, but i can give it none
why should i try to give life
to a whole force,
to give life to one i do not know,
its not my place, its not my job
but still it pulls at me.
but give me to the sun
for it speaks in riddles
in riddles i know,
give me to the moon
for i am here to help it
to help others, please
give my body to the sun
and my spirit to the moon.
