Morning Sun

The sun showers down
All the mirth it has to give
It smiles upon my sorrows
But only to make me grin!
It illuminates the world
To renew all days lost
The sheen glows on the heart
Infusing a life beyond cost
The earth ascends to the heavens
and coalesces with the source of its glow
For now, I am infinite
And that is enough to know.
