e h s
she
hates attention;
but hates being ignored even more
but nothing shines brighter than
when her eyes meet the shore
she
finds the perfect balance
between isolation and fame
where there’s no judgment
nor blame
before long,
she
began to inherit traits of the deep -
patient and calm,
yet unpredictable when enraged.
she
relentlessly refuses to cease
kissing the golden coast
while paying no regard to
how long
she
is forced to chase it -
not because the ocean
doesn't love her,
but because it’s
frightened by
irrevocably finding
someone so similar
and so distant
simultaneously.
