Thanks for what you didn't give me
Thanks for the life I never had
Thanks for what I wanted to be
Now I take my hands
And start again
I'm gonna be alone
I'm gonna fight on my own
Making sure I'm safe
For my family's sake
Then make sure they don't see me
Before I fade away
I'm going to hold onto what I have
Not what I got
Tear on my cheeks
I'm gonna fight another lot.
