Favorite Quote:
Why would you make the effort to blend in, when you were born to stand out?

Death closes in around the darkness
Reaching out to grab the last innocence
Bright flickers of hope come to an end
Emotions flee and begin to descend

Death threatens to grasp fragile souls
Despair remains in dominant control
Dreadful screams echo through the silence
Leaving sadness in its absence

Death flashes into fearful eyes
Tears fall from daunted cries
Pain reaches out to aghast corpses
Life itself has lost all defences

My grandma had spent about three months in the hospital, and during the time I was exceptionally upset. To deal with all of the misery I wrote poems.
