Having a robotic routine.
Running on the treadmill of life
That only increases with speed.
Living in a world of technology
Greed becomes a part of society.
Success is fueled by money,
Not sure what’s right or wrong.
Stumbling through each day like a zombie
Sleeping simply enough to get by.
No time to worry about the day before,
Not a minute to dwell in the past.
Afraid to voice an opinion
No courage to raise my hand.
But tell me, what’s the point?
Only ridicule will follow the attempt.
