guiding light

as it grows light outside
i grow weak
lost in the dark
and the future appears so bleak
all i want is to feel
but that's too much to ask
and a girl, well maybe one day she will
so i sing sing sing
and i hear it in my heart and soul
into the blackness around me
hoping to be heard
but they're so lost and
i'm dying to help them to see
to be their guide...
the sky is fully light now
the sun shines bright
maybe there is something
