I can feel myself
Slipping away.
My confidence
My sanity
I hate how they make me feel
Let ‘em burn in hell
Let ‘em feel my pain;
But they won’t.
It’s not their fault
It’s mine.
Can’t connect and
Can’t communicate
So I’m left here
By myself, all alone
With my thoughts.

I'm a jealous introvert. I love to be alone but then regret my decision when I see acquaintances out at football games and such, having fun. This was written in a matter of seconds. Unedited and unrevised. My pure outcry of emotion. I hope that others like me will connect with my piece to hopefully understand themselves a bit more.
