The Girl with the Sad Eyes

She sits there
the girl with the sad eyes.
She sits there and just cries.
She talks to no one
And no one talks to her
No one really cares
How much she hurts
They do not care
That she hates her life
They do not care
That they are nothing but her strife
She sits in her room
And stares out the window
She stares at the happy people below
She says goodbye to them now
As she slips the noose around her neck
With one fatal jump
The girl with the sad eyes is gone forever
