Just Like Me

I love this flower, because it is the same as me,
Giving its life for the whole world to see.

Although it may not be me,
It’s strong enough for the whole world to see.

It may not be a tree,
But it’s tall enough for the whole world to see.

Can you not see,
That beautiful flower is just like me.

See that tree,
It is not like me.

Because you are the tree,
You don’t want the whole world to see.

But I want the world to see,
The tall, strong tree that stands before me.
