White
White
White has no color,
Is very dull and colorless,
It is everywhere around you,
Surrounding you like night,
White is snow,
Blowing in the wind,
Cold and moist,
Dissolving on my tongue,
Made into shapes like snowballs,
Then tossed at friends for fun,
White is a cloud in the sky,
Wind moving it like a toy,
Being blown away like paper,
And covering the stars at night,
Making clouds into shapes in day,
Picturing the lifelike creatures,
Then saying goodbye to the cloud,
As it goes away,
White is carpet in a house,
Squishy between your feet,
After many years go by,
It gets faded and gets sold,
Until there is some new carpet,
Just like the old,
White is everything,
Around you,
And is odorless and different,
Than every other color out there,
Because it surrounds you,
Like the dead of night.
