A gruesome beast
Living in a world of radiant beings
Mocked for unlovely things
Long forgotten
Until a beauty
Different from all the others
Arose from the crowd of shocked souls
She sees in him an outcast, too
Taking his hand in hers, she says,
"I love you beast."
