You were the sunshine
in my life
but now my
skies are gray
You were the rock
beneath my feet
but you are
no longer there for me
to stand on
I thought that
we were meant to be
but I guess that
I was wrong
I love you so much
and I thought that you
returned my love
but I guess that I
was wrong about that too
So here I stand
at a crossroads
unsure of what to do
Should I stay around
and deal with this here
or should I leave and
give myself the distance
I need to really get over you?
