my love for you

My love for you grows by the days
I wish we could share a day, even just an hour together
But the distance is great and too long to travel
My heart yearns to hear your voice
But I’ve never known the beauty of your words

Our fights are dark and full of despair
But in the end you couldn’t care
The way you are shocks me to the core
But I still love you, indeed even more
You may hate it, but I’ll love you till the end

I know I’m stubborn, and yes you are too
But in the end I’ll still love you
I think of you day and night
But who knows if we’ll ever find love for each other
Maybe I can hope and pray for that day
