Blue Eyes, Black Tears

young, beautiful
her irresistable
blue eyes
shining their radiance
vast and gentle
and still you break them
in selfish deceit
tamed them
rejected them
those once sparkling blue eyes
you watch the tears fall
streaming mascara down her cheeks
rivers of black mud
black tears
dripping, falling
staining dark your conscience
coating you with a sheet of remorse
like you covered her
caused her to hide
confused and damaged
pleading eyes
chasms
shadow her face
and raindrops mix
and run
with black tears streaming
from her sorrowed blue eyes
