As they pull the chairs

Lights are fake suns
Shinning down on us in the night
The sun went to bed
And the lights flashed on
Dazzling views of flakes
Floating down
Across the lights

Soft rumble of the chair lift
Yelling back and forth
The cold wakes us like coffee
Watching our breath freeze
When it leaves our mouths
