Don't

When you know you, you knew right.
Your wrong from the start.
Asking for another chance.
Of corroded art.
Always on another page.
I read book for fun.
Academic athleticism.
Two words together that churned the weather.

12 years gone of wasted life.
Misplaced thoughts I write.
Down on paper but forget.
My mind is not a threat.
Though I wonder just what if.
My life had started to shift.
Around my head.
And thoughts I dread.
Because of what she said.
